1. If you have stains remaining in your carafe, fill the carafe half-full with very hot water and half-full with distilled white vinegar.
2. Allow the solution to soak in the carafe for at least 30 minutes (overnight is fine) and then wash in warm, soapy water.
3. Use a bottle brush to help reach all of the interior surfaces.
4. Fill the carafe with hot water and add a denture-cleaning tablet.
5. Soak for at least 30 minutes and then wash well in warm, soapy water.
